BREED Australia working with local groups on youth work placements
Plans to expand the highly successful BREED Australia model at Quakers Hill to other areas were previewed during a visit by Greater Blacktown Business Chamber members.
The Chamber held its May Business After 5 meeting at Breed hosted by BREED CEO Bob Turner.
BREED is a not for profit community charity with a 24-year history working in the youth and education sector with businesses and the community to develop opportunities for new and expanding businesses, youth, unemployed and people with disabilities.
Thousands of young people and local businesses in the Blacktown region have benefited from its work placements and brokering partnerships to improve year 12 attainment and transition into post-further education or employment.
