Join small businesses on Wednesday at Mini Expo - free to attend, $30 to participate!
Whether you are just starting up a micro or business or an established business, there's every reason for you to attend or participate in Wednesday's Blacktown Business Network Mini Expo at Blacktown Workers CLub.
Firstly, it's only going to cost you only $30 to participate, which includes a trellis table. But you need to contact the organisers right away!
Blacktown is the heart of Greater Western Sydney, so you will be showcasing your business in a great marketplace regardless of whether you are in the Blue Mountains, Parramatta or South Western Sydney's Wollondilly Shire.
If you don't want to exhibit, come as a visitor. It's free entry.
If you've never participated in an expo before, now's the time to start.
As a minimum, all you need is business cards and the willingness to talk to people - potential customers. Bring a bowl of lollies for giveaways - always a good conversation starting point.
If you have samples of what you do, even photos, bring them too.
A bit more organised? Bring your brochures, banners or signage. Maybe a computer to show your website / social media.
Bring a bowl to collect business cards, a pen and paper to capture other details or make appointments with. It's that easy! Get more tips here.
Start getting ready now, but if you want to exhibit, email organiser Robyn Atkins now: firstname.lastname@example.org or call first thing Monday morning on 0418 447 815.
If you want to visit remember - it starts at 5pm and runs until 8.30pm. If you are exhibiting, be there around 4pm to get yourself organised.
